Press release: Icopal acquires Van Besouw Kunststoffen

Icopal, the world leader in waterproofing solutions and building protection, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, today announced the acquisition of Van Besouw Kunststoffen (“VBK”), headquartered in Goirle, the Netherlands.

VBK is a strong player in the synthetic waterproofing market in Europe in particular in PVC membranes for waterproofing. Icopal’s acquisition of VBK strengthens the product range offered to Icopal’s customers.

VBK will continue as an independent entity with its own organisation and brand name. VBK will continue to serve its customers directly while also utilising the growth potential from being part of Icopal.
